Terms of Service

The Service is a web-based subscription (SaaS) product offering feed formulation, TMR preparation, cost optimization, stock/price management and reporting for livestock farms and feed mills.

You agree to provide accurate and current information at registration. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

The company account feature lets you invite team members and manage data-sharing permissions; the account owner is responsible for invited members' use.

The Service is offered through monthly subscription plans. Current plans and prices are published on the Pricing page; unless stated otherwise, prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY).

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period and are charged to your saved payment method unless cancelled.

The Starter plan includes a 14-day free trial that requires no credit card. Promotional discounts (e.g. reduced pricing for the first months) are limited to the stated period; the regular price applies afterwards.

Price changes are announced to existing subscribers in advance and take effect at the next renewal.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page in your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.

It is prohibited to use the Service for unlawful purposes; to attempt to bypass its security; to reverse-engineer, copy or resell the Service without permission; or to send automated traffic that disrupts its operation.

Violations may lead to suspension or termination of your account.

The business data you enter remains yours. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the Service (computation, backup, display).

The platform's software, design and ready-made catalog content belong to us; your subscription grants a right of use only, not ownership.

Rations, mixes, nutrient analyses and reports produced by the Service are decision-support outputs; they do not constitute veterinary or animal-nutrition consultancy.

Calculations depend on the accuracy of the data and prices you enter. It is your responsibility to review results and consult a professional where needed before feeding a ration to your animals. The platform cannot be held liable for harm to animal health.

The Service is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation; planned maintenance and updates may occur. Your data is backed up regularly.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption).

In any event, our total liability is limited to the total amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account upon breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

These Terms may be updated; material changes are announced through the platform or by e-mail before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
